Packaging Types

Paper Bags (25 kg)

Multi-wall kraft paper bags with PE liner. 40 bags per pallet (1 MT). Ideal for manual handling and precise batching.

Big Bags / FIBC (1,000-1,250 kg)

Woven polypropylene bulk bags with lifting loops. Efficient for forklift handling and automated feeding systems.

Bulk (Pneumatic)

Direct discharge to silos via pneumatic tanker. Maximum payload, minimum packaging waste. Requires bulk receiving equipment.

Storage Requirements

  • Store in dry, covered area away from moisture
  • Keep away from heat sources and open flames
  • Stack bags max 10 high on pallets
  • FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory rotation
  • Shelf life: 24 months from production date

  • Use appropriate PPE (dust mask, gloves, safety glasses)
  • Ensure adequate ventilation during handling
  • Avoid creating dust clouds
  • Clean spills promptly with vacuum or wet methods
